01Who we are
VoxIndia AI is operated by MyAsia Consulting Private Limited (“we”, “us”). For personal data collected through this website we are the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act 2023.
02What we collect, and when
We do not collect personal data from you simply for browsing this site. We collect it only when you submit one of our two forms:
- Book a Demo — your name, work email, phone number, organisation, role, sector, the campaign you describe, the languages you need, and optionally your monthly call volume and timeline.
- Lending campaign landing page — your name, work email, phone number, organisation, and your answer to a single qualifying question.
Our servers also record standard technical information with each request — IP address, timestamp and user agent — which we use to rate-limit the form endpoint against automated abuse.
03Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising pixels. Nothing on this site tracks you across other websites.
If that changes, this section will be updated before the change goes live, and where the law requires consent for a given technology we will ask for it separately rather than treating your use of the site as agreement.
04Why we use it, and your consent
We process the data you submit for one purpose: to prepare, schedule and run the demo or conversation you asked for, and to follow up on it. That is the specific, informed and unambiguous consent you give when you tick the consent box, which reads:
“I agree to VoxIndia AI contacting me about this request, including by phone and WhatsApp. I can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, telling the agent on a call, or using the contact form on this website.”
The box is never pre-ticked. We record the exact wording shown to you at the time, together with a timestamp, so that what you agreed to remains demonstrable even if this policy is later revised.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.
05Purpose limitation and minimisation
We ask only for what is needed to run a useful demo. We do not enrich your record from third-party data brokers, and we do not repurpose demo enquiry data for unrelated marketing.
06Who else sees it
Your submission is delivered to our commercial team by email and stored in our lead records. We use service providers for email delivery and hosting. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Where a service provider processes personal data on our behalf, they do so under contract, only on our instructions, and only for the purpose described above.
07Where it is stored
We hold personal data collected through this website on Sovereign infrastructure. Designed to DPDP Act 2023 requirements.
A note on wording: we describe this site as designed to the requirements of the DPDP Act 2023. We do not describe it as “DPDP certified”, because no certification regime exists under the Act.
08How long we keep it
Demo enquiry records are retained for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle follow-up. Consent records are retained for the period required to demonstrate that consent was validly obtained. When data is no longer needed for its purpose and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, it is erased.
09Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may:
- ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it is processed;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time — as easily as you gave it — by replying STOP to a message, telling the agent on a call, or writing to us;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf;
- raise a complaint with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.
Withdrawing consent stops future processing. It does not make past processing unlawful.
10Calls, recordings and opt-out
If you ask us to demonstrate the agent, we will call the number you gave us. Demonstration calls may be recorded so we can review them with you; you will be told at the start of the call.
Our outbound calling runs on TRAI DLT-registered numbers with DND scrub and calling-window enforcement applied before every campaign. You can opt out of further contact at any time, and every message we send carries an opt-out instruction.
11Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of a child. If you believe we have, contact us and we will erase it.
12Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what we do changes. The date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified to you directly.
