This website is operated by MyAsia Consulting Private Limited. References to “we” and “us” mean that company.

You may browse this site, and download or print pages, for your own business evaluation of our services. You may not scrape it systematically, resell its content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, submit false information through its forms, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

The descriptions, figures, targets and timelines published here are for general information and are subject to change. They do not form an offer, a warranty, or a contractual commitment.

Where this site gives a performance figure — latency, availability, time to go-live — it describes a target or an indicative range, not a guaranteed level of service. Service levels, and any commitment we make about them, are set out in the Master Services Agreement and the order form for your deployment. Where this site and that contract differ, the contract governs.

This site does not publish prices. Any figure we give you directly is indicative, in Indian Rupees, exclusive of GST, and varies with volume, language mix and scope. A binding price comes only from a written quotation.

Requesting a demo creates no obligation on either side. A demonstration agent is built for illustration; its answers are not advice and should not be relied on for a lending, insurance, regulatory or other decision. Pilots run on a separate written scope.

The content, design, code, wordmark and audio on this site belong to us or our licensors. The recorded demonstration calls, transcripts and synthetic voices published here are ours. You may quote short extracts with attribution; you may not reproduce the audio or reuse the voices.

Third-party names — regulators, standards, technologies and any client referenced with consent — remain the property of their owners.

The calls published on this site demonstrate the product. Where a call is a scripted reconstruction rather than a recording of a live customer conversation, it is labelled as such, and no real customer’s personal data appears in any published clip.

We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to. A link is not an endorsement.

We try to keep this site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Nothing in this section affects the availability commitments in a signed contract.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
